By accessing or using Workra AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers across all digital features and modules.

Workra AI provides an AI-powered business automation platform with specialized AI helpers for content creation, customer support, SEO, sales, marketing, and other business functions.

The Service includes Brain AI for knowledge management, integrations with third-party tools, and various content generation capabilities.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Business accounts should be registered by authorized representatives.

Paid features require a subscription. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
• Share account credentials without authorization
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Use unauthorized automated scraping or access methods

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate through the Service. Content stored in Brain AI remains your exclusive property.

AI-generated content is created using state-of-the-art AI models. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use. Workra AI is not liable for damages arising from unreviewed AI outputs.

By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We process data to provide the Service, improve our platform, and personalize your experience.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience temporary downtime.

We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance. Credits or compensation may be provided for extended unplanned outages.

Workra AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Either party may terminate the account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request immediate data deletion at any point.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania.

Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Vilnius, Lithuania, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.

We may modify these terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. You may reject changes by discontinuing use of the Service.
